Walter Weiss is a seasoned accountant and legal professional, with a wealth of experience dealing with complex legal and tax matters at both the state and federal level. Walter received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California‚ Leventhal School of Accounting, and continued on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School. Aaron Sokol, Attorney/MBA, Founder and President of Paratum, Inc.

Aaron Sokol has over seventeen years of experience in financial services. He spent four years as a portfolio manager in the Personal Investment Counsel division at Scudder Kemper Investments, Inc., where he oversaw investment portfolios for high net worth individuals and companies with over $3 million in liquid investable assets. He also worked as a Senior Financial Advisor at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for new business development and global financial advisory services for existing and prospective clients.

For two years, Mr. Sokol acted as Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., where he developed innovative and customized solutions for wealthy individuals and families looking to preserve and enhance their wealth.

Mr. Sokol held a similar position at Euram Structured Products for four years; he provided clients with a wide range of services, including a synthetic security solution for a fund-of-funds hedge fund, and offered prospective clients alternative asset allocation solutions focused on market uncertainty.

In 2007, Aaron founded Paratum Inc., an investment and financial services boutique dedicated to providing customized solutions to high net worth individuals and institutions in the U.S., Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East.

Mr. Sokol earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California with a concentration in Finance and New Venture Management, and a Juris Doctorate from the Boston University School of Law.

Gary S. Wolfe, Attorney at Law

Gary S. Wolfe is an international tax lawyer and author who specializes in‚ and often lectures on international tax matters, IRS tax audits, tax planning, compliance and asset protection. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1982, Gary opened his own private practice, with offices in both Beverly Hills and Century City. He still maintains both locations today.

As managing partner of a law firm that specializes in Business and Tax Law, Gary Wolfe has represented clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies (such as IBM and ITT) to financial institutions (such as Sterling Bank and First Charter Bank). Gary also provides case management services for international litigation, and has been conducting private seminars on international tax and asset protection since 2004.
